1st Monthly Giveaway

We launched Gamebros.PH exactly one month ago today, and started with a bang: the Site Launch Promo, where we gave away digital codes to DOTA 2, Ingress, and the Humble Double Fine Bundle. As promised, we're going to keep sharing the love and make these giveaways a regular thing. So to those who weren't able to join the first raffle, welcome and good luck! To everyone who participated before, thank you, and we hope you try your luck again in this round of giveaways. But now there's a twist!

We're introducing stretch goals in this round of raffles. If you've ever seen a Kickstarter page or watch the Steam preorder games like a hawk, you know the basic idea: once we reach a certain number of raffle entries, we'll add more giveaways! So the more entries we get, the more prizes to win. Sounds good? We thought so too. They'll be "unlocked" and revealed shortly after we reach the number of entries indicated on the Rafflecopter widget.

How do I join the raffle?

All you have to do is leave a comment on this blog post. That will automatically give you 3 entries to win. Keep in mind that once the raffle is over, we'll be looking specifically for YOUR comment posted in this article. That's our only form of verification; we won't bother you with emails or texting, in fact we won't even collect that information.

Can I increase my chances of winning?

You can earn more entries and increase your chances of winning by doing other stuff (side quests, if you will), such as liking our Facebook page, following us on Twitter, tweeting about the raffle, and sharing this post on Facebook and/or Google+!

Also note that the side quests are repeatable daily, so you can keep earning more entries even after already joining the raffle today. Just come back to this page and re-enter via the Rafflecopter widget. Your additional entries will count toward unlocking the stretch goals, too!

Do I have to do the social media stuff?

No, those are completely optional. If you choose to, you'll earn more raffle entries. But our only requirement for joining the raffle is to leave a comment on this blog post, and it's also the most heavily weighted action.

How will you choose a winner?

We use Rafflecopter to help us with the logistics of gathering raffle entries, and Rafflecopter uses Random.org to choose a random raffle entry using the magic of atmospheric noise and unicorns.
How will I know I've won? How will I receive my prize?

When the contest is over, we'll publish a blog post with our list of winners, kind of like how we did for our first promo. If your name is called out, contact us and we'll e-mail your prize to you!
What happens to the Stretch Goals if they don't get unlocked?

We'll keep them and carry them over for the next raffle. No sense in letting them go to waste!
