Gamebros vs. The Liquor Ban

Imagine a Sunday night routine that usually consists of bands involving Maia and the like. Now slap a big ole "liquor ban" sign over that mental image. Your usual Sunday night experience happens on Saturday instead. You're among people enjoying the sound with the clock ticking away to midnight and the ban, you're more sober than you want to be but the music is awesome.

You're in my shoes now, as of last weekend. Run with this for a bit.

Sunday crawls in and you're still a bit pumped from last night's music. Unfortunately, the rest of your Sunday plans have gone kaput thanks to a close encounter with dengue within the playgroup (get well soon, Bobby!).

Several incoherent texts later followed by a few hours of spontaneous flitting about, you find yourself in one of your old post-inuman haunts: Pares & Mami House, Xavierville Avenue (Try their pares, dump a shitload of the chili sauce into the rice after you've emptied the pares bowl into it. Stir and mix to perfection.).

At that point I decided to myself Fuck it, need more music.

Thus I ended up dragging JP and Arvin's asses off to Blue Skies for a coupla rounds of Rock Band. JP then had the genius idea of recording us because hey, it's been awhile since we've had something on Gamebros.

Unfortunately we've only got two videos (you can blame JP's phone's battery for that) to shame ourselves with. The first could possibly be passed off as a somewhat decent attempt at a cover in Bizarro World...
